What is included in the Connected Club Membership?
As a subscriber to the Connected Club Membership you will be granted unlimited access to all premium content on CiM Learning which you can access as and when you want and need.
Each month new content will be added according to the monthly theme but you also have access to the whole archive of information too. These include Masterclasses, Self Help Modules, Neuroscience Modules and downloadable toolkits.
Don’t forget to make the full use of the drop in support sessions and interactive strategy sessions with a fully trained executive function coach.
How can I subscribe to the Connected Club Membership?
If you are already registered with CiM Learning all you need to do is log in to your account on www.cimlearning.com and navigate to the Connected Club Membership page where you can add this to your basket.
If you are not registered with CiM Learning, you will be asked to register after you have selected the Connected Club Membership you would like to purchase.
How can I pay for a Connected Club Membership?
You can pay for your membership either by Stripe (using a credit or debit card) or via PayPal. By doing so, you authorise us to take payment from the credit or debit card chosen by you on a recurring monthly basis.
Can I share my membership login details with anyone?
Your membership is for your personal use only. You may not share your username and password with anyone else. Also, your membership cannot be transferred or resold. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
How can I cancel my subscription?
For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel the recurring payment at any time. To cancel or suspend your subscription, click the
‘Account/Register’ button to access the ‘My Account’ page. You will find a menu
to the left of this page. You can navigate to your subscription settings and
payment history by clicking on the “Subscriptions” option. Once on
the ‘Subscriptions’ page, you will find your Connected Minds Membership listed.
On the bottom of this listing, on the ‘actions’ row, you will find the
‘suspend’ and ‘cancel’ buttons.
For annual subscriptions, unless you cancel your subscription before we have started providing any part of it to you (in which case we will provide you with a full refund*), you will not be able to cancel your subscription or any part of it until the end of your current subscription period. This means that you are not entitled to a refund once we have started providing any part of your subscription to you, except in very limited circumstances which are detailed in our terms and conditions. What if I don’t want to subscribe yet?
You don’t need to be a member to access our content, although it is the most cost effective way to access all of our learning. Each Masterclass, self help module, neuroscience module, toolkit and recorded events are all available to purchase separately via www.cimlearning.com.
