The ESQ-R is a self-report assessment instrument that students complete to help them (and their teachers) understand their executive skill strengths and challenges. It is a modified version of the ESQ developed by Dr Peg Dawson and Dr Richard Guare and described in a number of their books on executive skills (e.g., Executive Skills in Children and Adolescents, Smart but Scattered, Smart but Scattered Teens).
Responses to the questionnaire are entirely voluntary and may be used anonymously in ongoing research by Connections in Mind, as well as Dr Peg Dawson and Dr Julia Strait and their professional colleagues at the University of Houston, USA.
Your profile will be uniquely generated and emailed to the email address you provide.
This could be the start of your ‘lightbulb moment’ that opens you up to the world of support available for executive functioning success!
