So step number one is to get all your notes together on the table. Then the next step is to divide them into subjects and then finally you are going to file them under the relevant dividers.

That sounds really hard. I can see you are really frustrated by what happened and that you feel unfairly treated by your football coach.

I just don’t see what the issue is – I get good grades and have been offered a place at LSE. Mum just wants me to be perfect!
