Our monthly content is created and delivered around monthly themes allowing you to focus and concentrate on your EF journey month on month. Each month you will get access to:
Coach Led Masterclasses
One 60 minute interactive Masterclasses focusing delivering practical guidance on how to support your EF challenges across a range of topics reflected monthly themes.
Self Help Modules
Each month you will be able to learn from our ready to learn self help modules arming you with proven skills and strategies to use in your daily lives. These modules are complementary to the monthly learning themes.
One ready to learn neuroscience module teaching you about the neuroscience behind executive functions, brain change, growth mindset and so much more. These modules will give you the foundation on which to engage the skills and strategies you learn within the other complimentary modules and masterclasses.
Join one of our twice monthly executive function coaches twice a month in our interactive sessions to discuss how to practically put the strategies you have learnt into practice.
Weekly drop in Support Sessions
Had a bad EF week? Then join one of our weekly support sessions, facilitated by one of our executive function coaches. In these sessions, find yourself amongst like minded people who equally struggle with their EFs. Gain and share support and advice, accountability and meet our wonderful EF community.
Each month you will get a new downloadable toolkit which will underpin your monthly learning and scaffold you to put your tools and strategies in place in your everyday life. These will include planners, checklists, step by step guidance etc. and will be downloadable so you can reuse these time and time again.
Interview with Experts
Every other month you will have access to live interviews and conversations with leading experts in neuroscience, executive functions, neurodiversity and so much more. These interviews will help you learn new perspectives and understanding from experts in their field.

Learning more about about the environmental elements which have positive results on our EF challenges.
Concentrating in a distracting world
Our world is a really distracting place. Learn what it takes to get through a workday or a busy afternoon without accidentally ending up scrolling Twitter, checking your email, or playing games on your phone. Learn about dopamine hits and the tricks our brain can play on multitasking (its not as effective as you think).
Mind your mind.
Learn this month about the importance of self care and compassion, toxic positivity, using language and how to feed your brain.
With summer in full flow, the kids off from school, and many on annual leave there is no better time to be learning about your emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing, before returning to work hitting the ground running in September.
I have to do it or I want to do it?
This month learn about the difference between the two. And, while you are there, learn about planning and prioritisation, your energy zones and how to identify what brings you joy to help with motivation.

Now is the time to understand how Christmas affects our brains, and gives us time to plan and prepare. It requires our EFs to be in full swing so learn how we can plan for this and use this to avoid the overwhelm.

This month we focus on how and why executive functions are impacted by the seasons, how we can take simple steps to minimise the impact of winter on our mood and some simple strategies we can employ to make navigating the winter easier.
