Research has shown us that you may also experience challenges to your executive functioning throughout the month – these are heavily linked to hormonal changes!

Victoria & Dr Laurie Faith - Activated Learning

This month, we hear from long term colleague in the field of executive functioning Dr Laurie Faith. Victoria first met Laurie in 2017 when she was still completing her PHD. Her pedagogical approach: Activated Learning, now forms the basis of our schools training. She has published widely on the topic and is the co-author of the wonderful book: Executive Function Skills in the Classroom: Overcoming Barriers, Building Strategies.
Join Victoria as she hears Laurie’s executive function story;Â from learner, to classroom teacher, followed by her lightbulb moment which changed the course of her life and career forever.

Interactive Strategy Sessions
Run by Rachel Breskal, one of our executive function coaches, and using this month’s theme, these live strategy sessions will consolidate all the information from the Connected Club.
Come with a goal that you would like to achieve and we can work together to put this into practice. Each week we will discuss strategies to help you get the wagon wheels back on when they start to wobble or fall off!

Weekly Support Sessions
Had a bad EF week? Then join our weekly support session, facilitated by Dr Soracha Cashman, one of our dedicated and experienced executive function coaches. In these sessions, find yourself amongst like minded people who equally struggle with their EFs. Gain and share support and advice, accountability and meet our wonderful EF community.Â
Dr Cashman is a cognitive neuropsychologist and experienced group facilitator regularly working with FTSE 100 companies.
